Definitions
“Prepaid Card” hereinafter refers to GULHMES LTD./YouSAB LTD. InterCard online Prepaid Card Account Service
“Service Websites” hereinafter refer to the following online service websites:

and all other service websites that uses Prepaid Card System.
1. Using “Service Websites”
All use of and access to the Service Web sites at www.e-world-university.com,
www.e-world-school.com,
meu.e-world-university.com
(“Sites”) and the use of the related services offered on
the Site (“Services”) are subject to these Terms of
Service. By using or accessing the Site or Services, you agree to be
bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms
of Service, you must cease using the Site and the Services
immediately. The Service
Websites reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any
time, without prior notice, and you hereby agree to be bound by such
changes. The permission granted herein by Service Websites may be
terminated at any time without cause or notice.
The Service
Websites and the Search Service are made available for
non-commercial, informative use only. You may download and print one
copy of the information on the Site for your own personal use for
information purposes only. You may not otherwise download and print
information from the Site. You may not use the Service Websites
logo.

sole property of the Service Websites.

permission from the Service Website. Excessive use of the Site will
be monitored (determined by Service Websites technical staff). You

The Automotive business community in the Middle East changes constantly and no searching or indexing techniques can possibly list or meet all the demands of the consumers in the region. As a result, the Service Websites cannot and does not guarantee that your search results will be complete or that the information found will be up-to-date.

will not be responsible for any errors or omissions of this site
contents and services and reserve the right to make changes to the
Site and the Services without notice at any time and at its sole

Upload files that contain viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, corrupted files, or any other similar software or programs that may damage the operation of another's computer or property of another or the Service Websites;
Use meta tag searches on the Site or other Service Websites;
Advertise or offer to sell or buy any goods or services for any business purpose, unless the Service Websites specifically allow such messages;
Download any file posted by another user of the Service Websites that you know, or reasonably should know, cannot be legally distributed in such manner;
Falsify or delete any author attributions, legal or other proper notices or proprietary designations or labels of the origin or source of software or other material contained in a file that is uploaded;
Restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the services offered by the Service Websites;
Violate any code of conduct or other guidelines which may be applicable for any particular service;
Harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including e-mail addresses;

For a person to be able to have access to the prepaid content & services, he will be required to be older than 16 years old, or at least a holder of a valid credit card
The Service
Websites have no obligation to monitor the Services. However, the
Service Websites reserve the right to review materials posted to a
forum or emails and to remove or edit any materials in its sole
discretion. The Service Websites reserve the right
to terminate your access to any or all of the
Services at any time, without notice, for any reason whatsoever.
The
Service Websites reserve the right at all times to disclose any
information as the Service Websites deem necessary to satisfy any
applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or
to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in
whole or in part, in the Service Websites sole discretion.
Always

10. Termination/access restriction

'The Service Websites' logo are trademarks exclusively belonging to the Service Websites. All other trademarks and/or brands represented on the Service Websites are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective companies or owners. 12 Indemnity
You agree to indemnify on demand and hold harmless the Service Websites, its licensors, affiliates and associates, agents, co-branders or other partners and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party in relation to or arising out of content you submit, post to or transmit to the Site or as a result of any transaction done on or through the Site or the Services or arising from breach by you of the provisions set out in these Terms of Services.
13. General
If making the Service Websites or the Site, or any part of it, available in your jurisdiction or to you is illegal, you may not access or use the Service Websites.
Force Majeure – the Service Websites shall have no liability to you for any interruptions or delay in relation to the Site or the Service Websites including, but not limited to, strikes, industrial disputes, war, riot, compliance with any law or governmental order or rule, fire, flood or storm.
Entire Agreement – These Terms of Service together with any conditions the Service Websites may attach to any registration request form constitute the complete and exclusive understanding and agreement between you and Service Websites and supercedes all prior understandings and agreements with respect to the subject matter of these Terms of Service and any registration request form completed by you.
Severability – If for any reason a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision of these Terms of Service to be unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible so as to affect the intent of the parties and the remainder of these Terms of Service will continue in full force and effect.
Waiver – Failure by either party to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms of Service do not constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. The Service Websites do not waive any of its rights to enforce any provisions of these Terms of Service unless that waiver is in writing.
Assignment – the Service Websites may assign, novate or subcontract any or all of its rights under these Terms of Service at any time. You shall not be allowed to assign, novate or subcontract any rights or obligations under these Terms of Use without the prior written consent of the Service Websites.
